Automated Anniversary Awards
ConnexWork offers three automated award posts: Welcome Award, Birthday Award, and work Anniversary Award. Work anniversaries are a great way to celebrate longevity and recognize individual success at your company. This article will cover the work Anniversary Award and how to customize it to fit your team.
Customizing the Anniversary Award Template
Company administrator accounts can customize all three of the automated award posts provided by ConnexWork. This is done in the admin portal under the "Posts" tab and selecting "Award Templates".
After selecting the edit pencil next to the Anniversary Award post, follow these steps to ensure your post is complete and will appear properly on the feed:
- Upload an appropriate image to attach it to the post.
- Follow the example text to implement the provided keywords and customize your post description.
- Set the desired amount of points to be awarded.
- Select "Save Anniversary Award Template" at the bottom of the page to save your edits.
- Enable the post by flipping the switch under the "Status" category. This will activate your automated anniversary post for your team.

Automated Anniversary Posts on the Feed
After customizing your template, saving your edits, and enabling the post, it will begin automatically posting shoutouts for your team members on their work anniversaries with your company. Here's an example of how your custom work anniversary post will appear on the feed:
