Award Templates
ConnexWork offers three automated award posts: Welcome Award, Birthday Award, and work Anniversary Award. As an admin, you can customize these templates to fit your company messaging. To start, go to "Award Templates" under the "Posts" tab in your ConnexWork admin portal.
Here, you can see the three automated posts and edit them by selecting the pencil next to the post you want to edit. You can also toggle posts active or inactive by enabling or disabling them with the Status switch. Let's look at the edit screen for the Birthday Award.
When editing a post, you can add or remove an image attached to the post, edit the description, and points awarded for the specific award. When writing the description, it is important to utilize the keywords - {user_name}, {company_name}, and {points} - as shown above. The Example Message on the right of the edit screen demonstrates how to properly use the keywords and how the automated post description will appear on the feed.
After setting the picture, description, and point value, select "Save Birthday Award Template" at the bottom of the page. If you want the automatic award post to be active, be sure to enable it as stated before.
