Customizing ConnexWork for Your Company

ConnexWork is designed to cater to your company.  When your company implements ConnexWork, we want users to feel like our platform belongs to them.  Customizing our platform's appearance, points and tags settings, and billing information is the first step in achieving this.  

Appearance

Customizing your app interface to reflect your company is as simple as entering your company name and uploading your company logo to our admin portal.  

To start, select "Appearance" under the "Company" tab.  

Here, you have the ability to upload your company logo, which will appear at the top of the company feed on the app.  This photo should be square and a transparent PNG for the best results. 9:5 to 5:9 aspect ratios are the maximum allowed aspect ratios.

Entering your company name keeps informative and award post templates consistent in including your company name. 

Finally, you can upload a splashscreen, which is the screen that appears when users first open the app. This photo should be 1536x2048 and a PNG for the best results.

To finalize your changes, select "Update Company" at the bottom of the "Appearance" page.

Adjusting Points and Tags

To adjust your points and tags settings, select "Settings" under the "Company" tab.

At the top of this page, you can set the maximum amount of points that users in your company can earn and give each month.  You can also set the amount of points for all engagement interactions within ConnexWork; reactions, comments, being tagged, posts without photos, and posts with photos.  Set these in accordance to your company's ConnexWork goals.  

At the bottom of this page, you can add/remove tags and set tags to require admin approval.  

When selecting "Add Tag" at the bottom of the page, a new blank tag will appear where you can type in the tag and check the box that requires the tag to be approved by a company admin before the post is visible (this step is not required; see our article on Tags that Require Approval).  To remove a current tag, select the trash can next to the tag you want removed.  

To save your changes to tags and point values, select "Update Company" at the bottom of the page.  

Billing

Under "Billing" in the "Company" tab, you can set or edit the payment method for users in your company redeeming points in the swag store.  You can also see your team's redemptions on the right side of the page.  

Redemptions can also be seen under the "Rewards" tab of the admin portal.
