Running giveaways or raffles on ConnexWork is a simple way to boost engagement, foster connections, and motivate your team. Follow these clear, actionable steps to ensure your giveaway or raffle is successful:
Step 1: Set Clear Goals
Define your goals with your giveaway or raffle, such as celebrating achievements, encouraging engagement, or promoting shared interests and company culture.
Step 2: Choose Appealing Prizes
Select prizes that align with your team's common interests and resonate with your company culture. Examples might include branded apparel, team lunches, event tickets, or gift cards.
Step 3: Decide Who the Giveaway Post is Coming From
Depending on the giveaway or raffle, you may want the post to be from the company via an Inform post or from your personal account via a normal post.
For example, if you are encouraging the sharing of a common interest or hobby that you enjoy, make the post from your account via a normal post. If the company is giving away special equipment or custom apparel, the post should come from the company via an Inform post.
