Recognizing your coworkers is easy and just a few clicks away with ConnexWork! First, select "Start a new post..." at the top of your feed.
Switch to Recognition Post
By default, you are making a normal post on the feed without recognizing anyone. To recognize a coworker, select "Recognize Someone". This turns your post into a recognition post where you can select the coworkers you want to recognize and how many points you want to recognize them with.
Choosing Who to Recognize
Select "Add team members" to choose which coworkers you want to recognize and select the number of points you want to give them from the preset options below.
These points are deducted from your points to give balance, not from the points you have earned. Be sure to select "Done" to save your selections. After you choose who to recognize and the number of points to give them, write a description and your recognition will be ready to post to the feed for your whole team to see.
Additional Features
Tag your post to a theme by selecting "Add Tags" and selecting from the available tags. Finally, it is encouraged to use the features at the bottom of the description to add images and tag your coworkers.
Complete Recognition Post
Your post is now complete, and after selecting "Post" at the bottom of your screen, it will appear on the feed for everyone to enjoy!
