Tags that Require Approval?

Admins on ConnexWork can approve or decline certain posts.  Posts that need approval include Flagged posts and posts with tags that require approval.  Certain tags on posts are highlighted in red, signifying the need for admin approval.  Your company can customize which tags are in red.  Notice the "Caution" and "Feedback" tags below are highlighted in red and the note that explains the need for admin approval.

Approving Posts with Red Tags

To approve posts with red tags, go to "Dangerous posts", which is different from Flagged posts, and then select "Approve" or "Decline" according to the post.

This post by Chris is about a loose door hinge in the office. “If this issue is appropriate, you can approve it immediately so your whole team can be made aware. However, if this issue reflects poorly on someone, is inappropriate to post, or needs to be edited, then you may want to decline this post, or edit it before posting. In either case your company may also have policy for the Admin to notify the appropriate persons.

Other Actions

Posts that have not been approved or declined will have a status of "Pending".  You may also approve or decline multiple posts at once by selecting the check box on the left of the post and selecting "Bulk Approve" or "Bulk Decline".  To view the post you approved or declined, select "View" under "Actions".

Approved Posts

After approving Chris's post, it will appear on the feed for your team to see.  Declined posts will not appear on the feed.
