Utilizing Scheduled Posts for Safety
Scheduling safety posts on ConnexWork helps you stay consistent with communication, even when your days get busy. The post scheduling feature is designed to not only ensure your messages reach your team when you want but also to save you and your admins time with our app. Creating and scheduling several posts during your free time is much easier than remembering to do so on a random workday. Scheduling weekly or monthly safety posts reinforces your company's safety culture and keeps awareness strong across your teams, saving you and your ConnexWork admins time while safety reminders run automatically on the feed.
How to Schedule Posts
ConnexWork teams can utilize scheduled posts to maintain a regular cadence for key themes like safety messaging or holiday greetings. Scheduling posts is the same as creating a normal post with one small tweak:
Selecting the "Scheduled At" bar will pull up a calendar where you can simply select the date and time for the post. After your post is complete and scheduled for a desired date and time, select the "Create Post" button at the bottom of the page. Your post is now created and will appear on the feed and notify your team at the date and time you selected.
